EXTRACURRICULAR & CLUBS
A range of extracurricular activities and clubs are provided for students after-school activities. Each student is encouraged to sign up and complete a minimum of one club AND/OR extracurricular activities per semester. Participation in extracurricular activities or clubs will be graded and recorded on the student report book.
Clubs are school activities provided to nurture student potential in selected subject areas. Participation in clubs is free to students, except for activities requiring additional costs such as tools, electronic kits, ingredients, expert knowledge, rental, etc. Students who participate in clubs will be put forward to take part in inter-school competitions. Additional costs may
incur.
A full list of extracurricular activities is available at the SPM e-shop shop.spm.sch.id at the beginning of each semester. There is a charge for specialist teaching and materials for extracurricular activities.
Switching between clubs and/or extracurricular programs during the semester is prohibited.
All extracurricular and club activities are held after school hours and last approximately 30-120 minutes. In the second semester, Grade 10, Grade 11, and Grade 12 students are advised to focus on their preparation for Cambridge examinations.
Notes:
Maximum participants per club is 20 students.
No maximum number for choir.
No trials for clubs, except choir.
Students can sign up for a maximum of 2 clubs.
