Description

Terms & Conditions

  1. Extracurricular activity is based on a period of 1 (one) semester. Students are expected to fully participate in the extracurricular program within that period. The score for extracurricular will be given to students with a minimum of 80% attendance of total sessions.
  2. All extracurricular activities will be registered on a first-come, first, serve basis.
  3. Exchanging activity in the mid-program is not recommended, and there will be no refund.
  4. Confirmation of placement will be informed in the invoice.
  5. A student is allowed to join extracurriculars only when payment is settled. Students not registered are not allowed to join extracurricular activities.
  6. Grade 6 students are not allowed to participate in extracurricular activities in the 2nd semester. Grade 12 students are not allowed to participate in extracurricular activities in the 1st and 2nd semesters.
  7. Late extracurricular registration is allowed (depending on availability) based on the full payment of activities.
  8. If payment is not made within the online payment window of 3 working days, the place will be given to the next on the waiting list.
  9. If the extracurricular does not meet the minimum required for students, a refund will be provided for those who have paid.
  10. If for any reason the extracurricular is postponed, a make-up class will be scheduled.
  11. In the event that an extracurricular has to be cancelled by the vendor, a make-up class will be offered.
  12. If a student or class/group of students is sick or self-isolating, with parental consent, students who are healthy and have no flu-like symptoms are allowed to attend on-site extracurricular classes (at the scheduled times) by sending proof of the following by email to the homeroom teacher and to admin@spm.sch.id: (1) letter from parents stating that the child is healthy and has no flu-like symptoms (2) an official proof of a negative antigen test result taken within 24 hours before requesting permission to attend school on-site (3) proof of two doses COVID-19 vaccinations.
