This fee is a commitment to the program and will be 100% refundable at the end of the school year, provided all terms of this contract are met.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1 mcePastedContent\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Just a friendly reminder that you&#8217;ll see additional costs for competitions and basketball kits later on as the team moves forward.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Absence Policy &amp; Deductions:<\/strong> We believe consistent attendance is crucial for individual and team development. To reinforce this, the following policy is in effect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A student is expected to attend all scheduled practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The down payment will be deducted by Rp 250,000 for each missed practice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">An absence due to illness is considered an excused absence, provided a student is also absent from school that day. The coach must be notified of the absence in advance whenever possible.
